Access Partners, Inc. and DC Brown, Inc. are pleased to announce that they have completed the merger of their businesses, effective immediately. Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
Access Partners is known as a Western United States based sales organization representing manufacturers in the foodservice, jan san, equipment and supplies and architectural products industries. The company has expanded in recent years, both organically and through mergers and acquisitions, including the firm’s recent blending with Texas-based Peerless Marketing, in 2022. With the partnership of DC Brown, the combined organization solidifies its presence in the upper Midwest states of Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, the Dakotas and western Wisconsin.
After a short period of transition, the DC Brown team will fully operate under the Access Partners brand flag moving forward. DC Brown President, Doug Brown, will join the Access Partners regional leadership team.
